The "one bottle bar" aka spritz cocktailsඞ
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 part Club soda
- 1 light beer (sipped down to 10 total oz)
- 1½ oz (45ml) Aperol
- ½ oz (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 oz (30ml) Aperol
- ½ oz (15ml) Mezcal
- ½ oz (15ml) Blanco Tequila
- 1½ oz (45ml) Pineapple Juice
- 1½ oz (45ml) Coconut Cream
- ½ oz (15ml) Lime Juice
- ¾ oz (20ml) bourbon
- ¾ oz (20ml) Aperol
- ¾ oz (20ml) Amaro Nonino
- ¾ oz (20ml) lemon juice

- 2oz (60ml) Bourbon
- 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Sugar Cube
- Dash Soda Water
- Lemon and Orange Twist
Rainy, blanket burrito, cold day cocktailsඞ
- 3oz (90ml) Coffee
- 1 barspoon brown sugar
- 1 barspoon cane sugar
- 1.5oz (45 ml) Irish Whiskey
- Dry shake some heavy cream to top
Dead Rabbit Irish Coffee | How to Drink's version:
- 1 oz. or 30 ml. Bushmill's Irish Whiskey
- ~.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
- 3.5 oz. or 105 ml. Hot Coffee
- Top with fresh whipped cream
- garnish with grated nutmeg
Caffeinated sweet flowඞ
- Build in Shaker
- .75 oz. or 22 ml. Kahlua
- .75 oz. or 22 ml. Vodka
- 1 oz. or 30 ml. Cold Brew Coffee
- Lemon peel in the shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
- Build in in Shaker
- .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lemon juice
- .5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple syrup
- .5 oz. 15 ml. Cointreau
- 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Gin
- 1 bar spoon matcha
- Fresh Basil leaf
- 1 egg white
- Dry shake
- Add ice and shake again
- Double strain into glass
- Garnish with basil leaf

- .75oz (22.5ml) Ginger Syrup
- .5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
- Top Soda Water or Ginger Beer
